Karachi: Express Group will launch live transmission of its infotainment channel Hero Tv on June 5 which will likely to be inaugurated by President Asif Ali Zardari.
Hero Tv with slogan of Sub Dekha De will be a unique channel with its contents as it will focus on news stories based on controversies, scandals, showbiz, style, human interest and unusual things.
There will be talk shows, discussions programs and news bulletins with unique names such as Dabang News, Reporter Das Zabardast and Baqi Sub Janti Hei.
Previously the channel’s transmission was set to be lived on June 1 however technical issues coupled with the event of budget overshadowed its launching however the test transmission was started.
The Express has been emerged as one of the leading media groups in Pakistan. In 2012, it launched Express Entertainment and shut the transmission of Express 24/7. It launched Express Tribune in April 2010 in collaboration with the International Herald Tribune.
